Phase 02
The Descent
An age-by-age inner journey — from now, all the way back to the beginning.

The Capture
Mining the narrative. What did you decide about yourself?
Phase 04
The Metabolization
Somatic processing. Moving what lives in the body.
Phase 05
The Revelation
Surfacing the Core Paradigm — the identity construct beneath everything.
Phase 06
The Void
Identity dissolution. The unnamed space. Who are you if the story is not true?
Phase 07
The Dissolution
Complete release of the Core Paradigm. The full letting go.
Phase 08
The Emergence
Not constructing. Receiving. Listening for who you actually are.
Phase 09
The Sealing
Formally closing the container. Not rushing meaning.

Women who come to this work don't learn to show up.

About Linda Schwartz

I built this method out of my own wreckage.

I was thirteen years old, carrying my life in a trash bag. I have performed on over 200 stages across this country. I have invested over $350,000 in my own healing, training, and transformation over twenty years. And I spent most of that time being everything I was supposed to be — while the most real parts of me stayed hidden.

The Chrysalis Method is what I built when I finally stopped trying to perform my way to freedom and started doing the actual excavation. It is the process I wish had existed when I first started looking.

I don't work with many women at a time. I work with the ones I am specifically built to work with — the ones who are done being almost-seen.
