1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors, applicants, and clients of Soulfully Seen, operated by Wild & Worthy Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), located in La Jolla, California. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
Soulfully Seen offers transformational identity and visibility coaching services, including but not limited to:
- The Chrysalis Method — a 1:1 coaching program
- The 30-Day Reclamation Ritual — a group or self-guided program
- Discovery calls, workshops, and other offerings as developed
All services are for personal development and educational purposes only. Our coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or clinical mental health support.
3. Application Process
Submitting an application to any of our programs does not guarantee enrollment. Applications are reviewed personally, and acceptance is based on fit as determined solely by Wild & Worthy Enterprises, LLC. Submitting an application creates no financial obligation of any kind.
We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.
4. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in any paid program is confirmed only upon execution of a coaching agreement and receipt of payment or agreed payment arrangement. Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and refund policies, will be specified in your individual coaching agreement.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incomplete participation.
5. Confidentiality
We take your privacy and the sensitivity of the work seriously. All information shared in the course of coaching — including application responses, session content, and personal disclosures — is held in strict confidence by Wild & Worthy Enterprises, LLC and its representatives.
We ask that clients extend the same confidentiality to any group settings or shared program content.
6. Not a Clinical or Medical Service
Coaching is a distinct service from therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or other licensed mental health services. Linda Schwartz is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or acute psychological distress, please contact a licensed mental health professional or crisis service immediately.
7. Your Responsibilities
To get the most from our services, you agree to:
- Show up with honesty and a genuine commitment to the work
- Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
- Complete agreed-upon program requirements and homework
- Treat all communications and shared content with respect and confidentiality
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programs — including The Chrysalis Method framework, program materials, written content, and proprietary terminology — is the intellectual property of Wild & Worthy Enterprises, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild & Worthy Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed. Testimonials and examples shared represent individual experiences and are not a promise of similar outcomes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of San Diego County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
